When I first stepped into leadership, I thought I had to do it all—prove myself, push through, hold everything together. I was leading, but I was also exhausted and isolated.

Over time, I began to shift. I started asking better questions, finding my rhythm, and learning to lead with both heart and strategy. And eventually, I realized:

Leadership isn’t about having all the answers.

Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of leaders across sectors—arts, nonprofits, healthcare, education, government, finance—reconnect with their vision, speak with clarity, and build systems of support that .
