Through the generosity of our community supporters and our commitment to leadership equity, we offer a sliding scale opportunity for qualified leaders in the non-profit arts/health or aligned sector to access private coaching - through our application process.

Non-profit arts/health professionals. Our Applicants are Leaders who are ready to invest their time, focus, and energy into their evolution.
Those who have sought internal professional development support (e.g., from HR, ED, leadership) and either did not receive it or received partial support.
Individuals committed to honoring the full Pay It Forward experience: showing up fully, completing the coaching arc, and offering referrals or reflections to continue building our leadership ecosystem.
