Through the generosity of our community supporters and our commitment to accessibility, we offer a sliding scale opportunity for qualified leaders in the non-profit arts sector to access private coaching - through our rigorous application process all reviewed through a jargon-free, anonymous, professionally facilitated, and fully transparent application process.

This opportunity is available to:

  • Nonprofit arts professionals.

  • Leaders who are ready to invest their time, focus, and energy into their evolution.

  • Those with financial or caregiving pressures, part-time or transitional roles.

  • Those with a defined 12–24 month goal.
