Through the generosity of our community supporters and our commitment to accessibility, we offer a sliding scale opportunity for qualified leaders in the non-profit arts sector to access private coaching - through our rigorous application process all reviewed through a jargon-free, anonymous, professionally facilitated, and fully transparent application process.

Nonprofit arts professionals.
Leaders who are ready to invest their time, focus, and energy into their evolution.
Those with financial or caregiving pressures, part-time or transitional roles.
Those with a defined 12–24 month goal.
Individuals committed to honoring the full Pay It Forward experience: showing up fully, completing the coaching arc, and offering referrals or reflections to continue building our leadership ecosystem.
