Pay It Forward is a values-aligned partnership initiative that provides access to transformational coaching and strategic consulting for non-profit arts organizations doing singular work.
Underwritten by our foundational partners, this program reduces financial barriers—offering an average 35% discount on services—while maintaining the full integrity and impact of a Ladder Leadership engagement.
This opportunity is for organizations preparing to grow into the next level of their vision, who need structure, clarity, and support to build toward lasting change.
Organizations must meet all of the following requirements:
1. Annual operating budget under $4 million
2. Serve a rural or underserved urban population in a way that is extraordinary and singular.
3. Deliver programs or services that are not often accessible to the community they serve.
4. Leadership must be ready to commit to a 6-month biweekly coaching
partnership, which includes:
Leadership coaching for up to two leaders (additional support available at an additional cost)
Organizational assessment
Vision alignment
Strategy design and implementation guidance

All applications are reviewed with care by the Ladder Leadership team.
If accepted: You’ll receive a link to schedule a Discovery Session focused on vision alignment and partnership design.
If not accepted: You’ll receive an email outlining how to qualify for future cycles and information on waitlist opportunities.
